Freddie Johnson is joining us for this Ultimate Weller Tasting, a masterful exploration of a single wheated base distillate through various aging & proof expressions, all distilled & bottled at Buffalo Trace Distillery. During an EH Taylor barrel pick, this event was brainstormed by Freddie Johnson while chatting with Erick.

Limited to 20 seats, this exclusive tasting is in partnership with the Medicinal Whiskey Charity, a non-profit that we arduously support.

This waffle will be served with a 1 oz pour of our Woodford Reserve pick, too. The warm, fluffy waffles, drizzled with maple syrup, are elevated by the deep, caramel notes of a fine Kentucky bourbon, creating a symphony of flavors that is both comforting and indulgent.

First in the lineup is a tahine-rimmed tequila-on-the-rocks with an orange slice.

Second is our Anejo Old Fashioned.

Third is our classic take on the Paloma (grapefruit, lime & tequila).

Last, we’ll close with a Tequila shooter, with pineapple back.

An ongoing series where Bob & Erick craft an end-to-end flight through the Buffalo Trace Mash Bill No. 1 (low-rye). We'll start with the White Dog No. 1 raw distillate. Then we'll taste the Paddock Bourbon Club pick of Buffalo Trace before moving on to 10-yr Eagle Rare. After that we'll sip Stagg (fmrly known as "Stagg Jr"), and close with EH Taylor Barrel Proof. All for $50 (1 oz pours).
